You have mastered ‘Intro to boxing’ or have some boxing experience and feel ready to kick things up a notch. This class focuses on refining your foundation techniques and building core strength, all while giving you the vigorous cardio workout that you are expecting. INTRO

No experience necessary! If you have always wanted to try boxing but did not know where to start, then this class is for you. You will get an intense workout as you learn basic boxing tech-niques and build a strong core. Required equipments: handwraps, boxing gloves, gym suits, run-ning shoes.

ADVANCED
